Christian Dior by John Galliano Fall 1999 mauve jacket, a beautifully refined piece from Galliano’s early years at Dior.

Cut in a soft, feminine silhouette, the jacket is crafted in a textured mauve fabric with a subtle woven pattern throughout. The curved front opening and rounded shawl-style lapel create an elegant, sculpted line, while the fitted waist gives the piece a distinctly Galliano-era shape. Delicate fringe trim at the front pockets adds movement and a romantic finish.

The tone is a beautiful muted pink-mauve, easy to style and especially striking as a soft alternative to classic black or cream tailoring. Fully lined in tonal satin with embroidered Dior monogram detail inside.

Labeled FR40 / GB12 / D38 / USA8, but runs approximately two sizes small compared to modern sizing. Please use measurements as a guide.
