Vintage Heritage is an independent seller of vintage and pre-owned fashion. We are not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any of the brands sold on our website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and form a legally binding agreement between Vintage Heritage and the purchaser. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
2. PRODUCTS & CONDITION
All items sold by Vintage Heritage are pre-owned and/or vintage unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to their age and history, vintage pieces may show natural signs of wear consistent with time and prior use. Minor imperfections, patina, or variations are inherent and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately describe each item, including condition, measurements, and notable details. Any significant flaws are disclosed in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, and measurements carefully prior to purchase.
Product images are provided for reference only. Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Garments may be pinned or styled during photography for presentation purposes and this may not reflect actual fit.
3. AUTHENTICITY
All items sold by Vintage Heritage are guaranteed authentic.
Our pieces are sourced from trusted collectors, established vintage stores, and reputable industry sources. Items may be authenticated using recognized third-party authentication services when applicable.
Vintage Heritage is not affiliated with any brand, and items have not been authenticated by the original fashion houses, including Chanel or any other brand.
A lifetime authenticity guarantee applies to all purchases.
4. AVAILABILITY & FINALITY OF SALE
All items are subject to availability and are typically one-of-a-kind. Once an item is sold, it cannot be reserved or replaced.
We do not accept bids, post-sale negotiation requests, or requests to cancel another customer’s order. All completed purchases are considered binding.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are payable in full at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price confirmed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Vintage Heritage reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
6. SHIPPING
All orders are shipped using fully tracked, signature-required services.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, storage units, mail forwarding services, or unverified addresses. Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping details are accurate at checkout. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address details, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. RETURNS
We want every item to find its happy home.
Domestic (U.S.) orders:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received.
International orders:
All international sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described.
Return shipping costs, duties, and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. LIABILITY
Vintage Heritage is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, wear, cleaning, alterations, or misuse of purchased items.
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once the shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, imagery, branding, and layout, is the property of Vintage Heritage and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
Editorial, runway, or archival reference images are used for historical and informational purposes only. All rights remain with their respective owners.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and legal compliance. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
11. PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
