Shipping and Return
All orders are shipped using a fully tracked, insured, and signature-required service to ensure safe delivery.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
United States
We offer complimentary free shipping on all U.S. orders via UPS 2-Day Air. An adult or direct signature is required upon delivery.
International Orders
International shipping is available via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on destination. Shipping rates and transit times vary by country.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties and taxes paid cannot be refunded.
If a shipment is returned to us due to failure to pay customs fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel on time, the buyer will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both outbound and return) and a 10% restocking fee. If reshipment is requested, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, mail forwarding services, storage units, or unverified addresses. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping details may be cancelled for security reasons.
Returns
Unless stated as new, all items are vintage or pre-loved and may show minor signs of age consistent with their nature. Each item’s condition, measurements, and any visible flaws are clearly described and photographed.
United States Returns
We want every piece to find its happy home. For this reason, U.S. customers may return their order within 7 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unaltered
- Have all original tags, labels, and security tags attached
- Be returned in the same condition as received
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable courier service.
Refunds are issued once the item has been received and successfully inspected. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
International Orders
All orders shipped outside the United States are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on international purchases.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
