This Christian Dior evening gown by John Galliano, from the mid-2000s, is crafted in silk chiffon in a vivid watermelon pink. Galliano’s hand is evident in the sensual draping and romantic detail—the bodice designed with double shoulder straps and soft ruching that wraps around the waist, fastening with a cascading row of silk-covered buttons that conceal a side zip.
