Christian Dior 1999 J’Adore Gold Metal Wire Choker Necklace

Sale price$1,650.00

Condition: GOOD

A striking and collectible Dior piece from the late 1990s, designed by Hervé Van Der Straeten for the House of Dior. Crafted from multiple fine layers of gold-tone metal wire, the necklace is curved to sit beautifully around the neck like a sculptural collar. The open, architectural construction gives it a light yet dramatic presence, catching the light beautifully from every angle.

The design is also especially recognizable from Dior’s iconic 1999 J’Adore campaign, photographed by Jean-Baptiste Mondino and featuring Carmen Kass, where this style of sculptural gold wire choker became part of the unforgettable visual language of the fragrance launch.

Finished with an adjustable chain closure and embossed detailing at the ends, including the iconic J’Adore and Dior signatures. A wonderful statement piece from the Galliano-era Dior aesthetic.

One size, adjustable.
