A playful yet iconic piece from the Chanel Spring/Summer 1996 Ready-to-Wear collection, this sky-blue tweed jacket is instantly recognizable. Famously worn by Linda Evangelista on the runway and in 1996 Chanel ad starring Amber Valletta and Shalom Harlow.

Crafted in a pastel blue and ivory textured check tweed, the jacket features a soft shawl collar, rounded lapels and large patch pockets. The single-breasted silhouette is finished with signature CC logo buttons in matching blue at the front and on the cuffs.

Unlined and lightweight, it was designed for a youthful, effortless look—styled on the runway with low-rise trousers, chain belts, and cropped ribbed tanks. A defining example of Karl Lagerfeld’s playful reinterpretation of house codes in the 90s.
