This rare Chanel jacket is from the Fall/Winter 2002 collection, designed by Karl Lagerfeld. Crafted in a deep navy blue, the jacket is tailored with a structured silhouette and features a sharp notched lapel collar. Its standout detail is the dramatic silver crystal embellishment that encircles the waist in an ornate motif, creating the illusion of a jeweled belt. The embellishment is composed of sparkling marquise and round-cut crystals, artistically arranged to form a crown-like peak at the front.

The jacket is cut with a feminine peplum flare at the hem, enhancing its hourglass structure. Long sleeves are finished with three crystal-covered buttons at the cuffs, accompanied by a small silver Chanel double-C logo on the left sleeve. The back is equally refined, with the crystal design extending around the waist and meeting at a center knot closure.
